How the Process Works
Send Us a Photo of Your Passport / Relevant Documents
If the document has already been issued, take photos of the document that requires an apostille — both the front and back, even if the reverse side is blank.
This may be, for example, a birth certificate, diploma, certificate or another official document.
If the certificate still needs to be obtained, we will need information about the applicant, such as full name, registered address, nationality and other relevant details. The exact requirements depend on the document. Our manager will contact you after the initial assessment and provide individual instructions.
After reviewing the information, we will confirm whether the apostille or requested document can be obtained.
⏱️ This usually takes no more than one business day.
Payment
Once we confirm that the document can be obtained, you will receive an invoice. We begin processing only after payment has been received.
You can pay with most major bank cards, through available online payment systems depending on your country, or by bank transfer. All available payment methods will be shown when you place your order.
In many cases, official government fees must also be paid. If you are unable to pay these fees directly, for example because of restrictions on transfers to the EU, we can make the payment on your behalf. In this case, a service fee will be added to cover taxes and payment processing costs.
⏱️ When paying by card or an online payment system, we can usually begin processing almost immediately. For bank transfers, processing begins once the funds have been credited, usually within 1–3 business days.
Sign the Applications and Forms
We will prepare and send you the necessary documents, including the power of attorney, applications and forms required for your request.
You will need to:
- print and sign the documents;
- in some cases, have them certified by a notary or local authority — we will provide detailed instructions.

Send the Original Documents
Original documents and signed forms may need to be sent to us in Germany.
You can:
- send them by standard post or courier service,

Processing the Apostille and Certificates
We submit the documents to the relevant German authorities on your behalf under a power of attorney. Your participation is not required at this stage.
Processing time depends on the specific document and the workload of the relevant authorities.

What is an apostille and why is it required?
An apostille is an international authentication of a public document used for recognition of the document in countries that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention. In many cases, a German certificate intended for use abroad must be apostilled.
